As all we want to built a muscular chest to show off or to be stronger. But "we have financial problem so we can't afford gym" many people says that. In order to fulfill the desire of building chest I present this blog to you. In this blog I talk how you'll make chest stronger and muscular at home in the absence of equipments. Built Chest At Home Without Equipments

You have financial problems as many have then you should go through this choice. In this part I present this section of my blog built chest at home without equipments. So lets  go through following:

1. Wide-Arm Push-Ups


First of all stand as normal push-up position and start to move your hands apart from each other as you can. And lower your body in the support of your hands in the same position then back your body like push-ups. Overall, This is the same like normal push-up but in wide-arm push-up you have to apart your hand as you can from each another like shown in picture. And remember do this in limit because while doing push-up your muscles breaks down so give a proper time to recover the muscles and eat proper diet. When the muscles recovers it becomes more stronger and muscular than before.   

2. Standard Push-Ups



Get your body at plank position with making your body straight. Your hands should be few inches back from the shoulder as shown in picture. You should lower you chest to the ground and push back up. This exercise targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps and engage the core for stability. This exercise helps to built chest, shoulders and triceps. You know! This is fantastic you don't have to do each exercise for each part. This exercise is all in one packet so do it properly.

3. Decline Push-Up



You have to find a chair or bed to perform this exercise. Firstly place your feet on an elevated surface like chair or bed and keep your hands on the floor. Then start to perform push-ups in this position. It targets your upper chest and help to make your shoulder as well as rounded chest. So this is easy and fast method so perform it. Do it like shown in picture.
