Depression is a serious mental
illness or disorder which cause the mood disorder. You mostly feel sad and you don't
like to do anything, you lose interest and you can't interfere with other
person. It affects on your thinking, on behaving and it can lead emotional and
physical problems. You feel tired or have trouble in doing day to day normal
activities and sometimes you may have suicidal thoughts.

fall in depression due to the hormonal and physical changes as well as adding
new responsibility.
3. If you cut off from family and
friends and feel lonely then you have high chance to have depression.
4. When life is getting down,
some people take alcohol and drugs which gives instant pleasure but may have
high chances to have depression.
5. If you have long lasting
illness such as coronary disease , cancer or long term pain.
6. When your period stop due to
lower hormonal levels then it can cause depression.
SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION
It has three types symptoms i.e. Psychological
symptoms, Physical symptoms and social symptoms. But I will say all of them
in one place:
1. You feel low and sad
continuously.
2. You have low self-esteem.
3. You feel not interested and motivation
in any activities.
4. You have low sex time (sex
drive).
5. You lack from energy.
6. You started to neglecting you
hobbies and interested.
7. You prefer to avoiding
contacts with friends and family members.
PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF
DEPRESSION:
1. You should try to keep doing
activities you used to like.
2. You should connected with
family members and friends.
3. You should exercise daily even
it is a short walk.
4. You should avoid drugs and
alcohol.
5. You should make your proper
sleeping habit.
6. You should eat healthy and
fresh food and say BIG NO to junk foods.
7. You should consult a doctor
firstly.
